something has to be done about dave donaldson. due to the lack of water on the cache river this past season i was forced to hunt dd wma. it was the only area with any water. the hunters  on that wma are allowed to leave there decoys out over night which allows them to basically claim ownership of a hole. i even had one hunter tell me "his hole" had been grandfathered into him. we ran into alot of problems down there this year with people telling us to leave "their hole". last i recall mine and your tax dollars support the dd wma just as much as the next guy. so if i am first to a spot i should not be asked to leave! comments please.
