Hey I read today that arkansas is thinking of lifting the ban on spinning wing decoys they said that it was a lost cause with all other states in our flyway allowing them to be used I know I am hoping and praying that they will lift the ban I remember the days when we could use them they really seemed to help out I think they are taking comments on the agfc website so if you are for them lifting the ban go by and let them know that you think it would be a good idea if you are one of the few that want them to stay ban just go sit in the corner and be silent we dont need your input LOL
